I have a client list. How do you use them?
First, we will import the list into our mailing system. Then, we will also email them from our servers, informing them of the change in the way you will contact them. They have the option of not receiving (ie. unsubscribing) your emails.

Yes, the CAN-SPAM laws is applicable in the USA, but the principles behind the laws is important for all of them, whether you are based in USA or not. We use the principles of the CAN-SPAN laws to mail out your message. We will also follow the latest ruling in Singapore (ie. SPAM Control Act 2007) to ensure that all your mails are SPAM free!
